There are fewer than 40 each time, so you’ll want to consider growing them in your Serenitea Pot’s Luxuriant Glebe as well. Cecilia only grows on Starsnatch Cliff, north of the Thousand Winds Temple. Venti uses Slime items and Hurricane Seeds, the latter of which comes from the Anemo Hypostasis, along with Cecilia flowers. M ost of the damage Venti deals comes from his burst, and with a modest energy requirement of 60, you can typically keep him topped up without focusing too much on his energy recharge. Venti's burst creates a wind vortex that sucks enemies in, triggers Swirl if Hydro, Electro, or Pyro is present, then absorbs that element and deals multiple instances of elemental damage for several seconds. Holding the skill only generates one extra particle and lengthens the cooldown to 15 seconds, so if you want to use Venti as a source of energy recharge, the skill's press version is your best bet. The skill's press form has a comparatively short cooldown timer of six seconds and generates three energy particles, which is quite good. If you hold the button, Venti rides into the air on an updraft, which is handy for pulling off plunging attacks on the grouped enemies. These launched enemies fall slowly, giving you time to target the entire group with other strong AoE skills and finish them off quickly. Venti’s skill creates an Anemo vortex that launches enemies, spreading any existing elements around and causing Swirl reactions. Like other Anemo characters, Venti excels at reducing enemy elemental resistances if he has the right Artifact set equipped. Ideally, you want to pair him with an elemental main DPS or a sub-DPS with skills that linger on the field. That means you need at least one or two elemental support characters so Venti has material to work with. His base attack is fairly low for a five-star character, and while you can buff it, his potential lies in his skill and burst. Venti’s biggest asset is dealing Elemental damage with his unique skills and through triggering Swirl reactions. Venti is a half-step between a main-DPS and an elemental sub-DPS. Electro healer Kuki Shinobu, Sayu the Anemo ninja, and new 4-star Hydro support character Candace join as the 4-stars on both banners. His banner runs from September 27 (or 28, depending on your time zone) through October 14, alongside the new 5-star character Cyno in a double wish event. Venti is coming around again, this time as part of Genshin Impact 3.1. To see this content please enable targeting cookies.
